When battling to make things easier to keep track of you must keep your health and Spiritual Power posted at the end of each post. This helps out everyone and keeps thing more organized not allowing people to cheat.

For Example:

i ran at my friend as my sword drag on the floor creating sparks i quickly swong my sword at him at figh speed.
